⚔️ Horde vs Alliance X3 — Update v4.0.1 (Reforged Fixes) ⚔️
Hello everyone! We have released a quick follow-up update v4.0.1 with critical bug fixes for modern Warcraft III: Reforged!
🛠 Changelog v4.0.1:
1. Naga & Prime Arcanist (Mana Shield):
- Fixed Mana Shield absorbing 0 damage past level 3. In Reforged, missing level data for damage absorption percent (Nms2) caused 100% of damage to bypass mana and hit health directly. Mana Shield now properly absorbs 100% incoming damage using mana across all 20 levels!
2. Invisible Heroes Fix (Reforged Multi-Dot Filename Bug):
- Fixed an engine issue in Reforged where models with version dots in their filenames (e.g. BagarFixedPort1.0.mdx, DeathKnightDwarfV1.05.mdx) failed to render. Restored full 3D model visibility for Bagar, Mountain King (Horde / Mocker Viking), Sorceress, and Ebon Blade units.
3. Icons & Sound Paths:
- Cleaned up icon and audio file paths for full compatibility with modern Warcraft III patches and multiplayer stability.

Hello everyone! We are excited to present the Horde vs Alliance X3 v4.0 update, featuring critical bug fixes optimized for modern Warcraft III: Reforged patches!
🛠 Changelog v4.0:
1. Goblin Alchemist:
- Fixed the critical bug with Acid Bomb. In Reforged 3.0, it dealt 0 damage on levels 6–20 due to missing damage interval parameters. Damage now applies properly and ticks accurately across all 20 levels!
2. Anduin Lothar:
- Fixed Holy Energy. Previously, missiles dealt 0 damage beyond level 5 due to unassigned target filters. Target allowance has been fully restored for all 20 levels.
3. Multiplayer Stability:
- Targeted ability adjustments directly in the map object database to eliminate crashes and prevent multiplayer desyncs.
