How do I start a live stream on my own website?

Using OBS, I want to regularly stream live on my own website. I don't want to use third-party live streaming services like YouTube or Twitch, or anything similar. I just want users to click the "Live" tab on my website and be redirected to a page where they can simply watch the live video. How do I do this?
